A group operating out of Newbridge Districtthat is responsible for the construction of Mannequin’s. At some point in history they have installed a parameter of morals onto their manufactures mannequins, what these morals are are unclear. They have also been known to manufacture some weapons such as Marinus’s flamethrower.
All of their creations are denoted with “SCP” which stands for “Scion Crafted Projects”
They established their headquarters within the last surviving spire, a wonder of gothic architecture, igniting a transformation from that solitary point. Tt is the Newbridge district’s crowning jewel, the Scions Fortress.
